Don't get caught LION down on the job

This is quite frankly the most important aspect of your ability to succeed. If you cannot persist through adversity and hardship, you WILL NOT succeed. It really is that simple. Almost every person in this world who says ” I want to succeed ” fails, and their failure can be traced to this one aspect of their attempt. their lack of persistence was their downfall. You see it doesn’t matter if you have the greatest mouse trap ever envisioned. If you fold up shop at the first or second sign of trouble, you will never see the success, because you will be at home feeling sorry for yourself instead of working around the problem at hand. To enjoy success you must be willing to work through these problems as they arise. NO MATTER WHAT!

No matter what path you are using to attain success, there will be times of trouble. You may buy a real estate property and have the local market go down. You may buy a dividend bearing stock and the company suspends the dividend for awhile or goes bankrupt. You may start a business and see little to no customer support. Do not let these things deter you from your goals. Instead look on these problems as gifts, because every problem that you work through and solve puts you one step closer the the success you have been dreaming of and working towards. Think of it like this, when a master smith forges a sword, he beats the raw iron with a hammer until it takes the shape of the sword. Then he bakes the sword in carbon to turn the iron into steel, then he dowses the red hot steel in water to temper the blade before honing the edge to a razor sharpness. Only after all these steps can the sword be put to use. If he gives up in despair at any point along the way, the sword will never be made whole. In japan a master sword smith can take over a year to forge one sword, and when it is done it can command hundreds of thousands of dollars at purchase. This is how you must think of your success path. Find your path, work your idea, and be persistent to the end. Only then will you succeed.
